FRANKFORT, Ky. (WCHS) — Substance use disorder not only impacts public health, a new report said it’s hurting the economy in Kentucky.
The report from the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce said substance use disorder is pulling people out of the workforce at a time when they’re needed most.
