Months into addiction recovery, one man opens up about his opportunity to pursue an education while in treatment and how he’s empowering others to do the same.
“When I started here there was 10 people enrolled in and now there is 35 and I help the guys get to class and I help test them. I coordinate with the college to help them get them enrolled and get their paperwork turned over.”
Addiction Recovery Care’s Crown Recovery Center, the largest and most comprehensive treatment center in Kentucky, is helping people find long-term recovery through teaching life skills that help them to be successful upon leaving treatment.
