The National Institute on Drug Abuse revealed that fentanyl is the leading cause of overdose deaths in America. The CDC noted that from June 2019 through May 2020, an increase of synthetic opioid deaths grew by 38.4%.
New trend shows more American adults seeking mental health help
Data from 2020 survey conducted by the National Health Interview Survey indicated that nearly 20% of adults took prescription medication to address mental health, participated in therapy or counseling, or utilized both methods for treatment within a span of 12 months.
