Freedom House, a program in Clay County which provides treatment and support for pregnant women battling substance use disorders, received a $50,000 donation from Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kentucky. The funding will be used support the Freedom House’s mission of helping more women and their babies live healthier, substance-free lives.
